Holonic Reengineering to Foster Sustainable Cyber-Physical Systems Design in Cognitive Manufacturing

Value chain is identified as the generator of metabolic rift between nature and society. However, sustainable value can mitigate reverse this rift. In paper, firstly, a review main digital enablers Industry 4.0 current state cognitive manufacturing carried out. Secondly, Cyber-Physical Systems are conceived from holonic paradigm, an organizational enabler for whole enablers. Thirdly, bijective relationship paradigm container-based technology analyzed. This allows mapping physical virtual holon intelligent agent embodied at edge, fog cloud level, with part. Finally, proposed system based on cyber-physical developed through multi-agent systems container technology. The to model metabolism systems, cell chain, in order develop, evolve improve chain.
